- 2 cups sugar
- 250 grams butter
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 2 x 395 gram tins of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 x 180 gram block white chocolate
- Combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and condensed milk in a large pan
- Stir without boiling until sugar is dissolved
- Bring to boil
- Simmer for 20 minutes until thickened and darkens slightly
- Stir in chocolate and mix well
- Spread into pan lined with baking paper
- Cool and cut into squares
