Macadamia and White Chocolate Biscuits

  • 175 grams butter softened
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 grams white chocolate chips
  • 150 raw macadamias roughly chopped
  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add egg and vanilla and continue beating
  3. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt and mix
  4. Stir in chocolat and nuts
  5. Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls, flatten slightly and place on baking trays
  6. Bake in medium oven 15 minutes or unti just beginning to colour
