Flummery

  • 85 gram packet jelly crystals
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 375 ml can evaporated milk, chilled until very cold
  1. Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water
  2. Cool
  3. Beat milk until thick
  4. Add jelly mixture
  5. Beat until thick and well combined
