- 125 grams butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs separated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk1 1/2 cups blueberries lightly floured
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add egg yolks and vanilla
- Stir in 1/3 flour and baking powder sifted together
- Stir in 1/2 milk
- Add another 1/3 flour
- Stir in remaining milk then remaining flour
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites then blueberries
- Sprinkle top with sugar
- Bake in medium oven for 45 - 50 minutes
