- 4 onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 12 small savory tartlet cases
- 100 grams feta
- parley sprigs
- Place onion, oil, vinegar, water and brown sugar in a pan and bring to oil
- Simmer until thick and syrupy
- Cool
- Place a spoonful of marmalade into each tart case, top with cheese
- Heat through
- Garnish with parsley
