Toffee Pop Truffles
250 toffee pop biscuits crumbed
125 grams cream cheese
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup sieved cocoa to roll
Mix biscuits, cream cheese and icing sugar
Chill until it is firm enough to roll
Roll into balls and coat in sieved cocoa
