Toffee Pop Truffles

  • 250 toffee pop biscuits crumbed
  • 125 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup sieved cocoa to roll
  1. Mix biscuits, cream cheese and icing sugar
  2. Chill until it is firm enough to roll
  3. Roll into balls and coat in sieved cocoa
