- 500 grams brown rice - cooked till tender
- 450 grams whole kernel corn
- 6 radishes
- 3 sticks celery
- 4 spring onions
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Mix together rice, corn, radishes, celery, onions and parsley
- Shake together oil, vinegar, mustard and garlic
- Pour dressing over salad
