- 125 grams butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 x 250 gram packet of crushed biscuits
- Heat butter, brown sugar and condensed milk till butter melts
- Add apricots and biscuits
- Mix and press into sponge roll tin
- Can be iced or sprinkled with dried coconut
