Pumpkin Cake

  • 125 grams butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin pulp
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs
  3. Combine pumpkin and milk and add
  4. Sift dry ingredients and add
  5. Bake 35 - 45 minutes in a medium oven
  6. Ice with cream cheese or vanilla icing
