Christmas Pudding Truffles

  • 1 cup dried fruit - soaked in 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate cake crumbs
  • 125 grams dark cooking chocolate melted
  • white chocolate
  • red and green cherries for decorating
  1. Mix fruit, cake crumbs and chocolate
  2. Roll into balls and put into fridge to harden
  3. Roll in chocolate (optional)
  4. Decorate like little plum puddings with green and red cherries
