Irish Cream - Baileys style
1 tin evaporated milk (375 ml)
1 tin sweetened condensed milk (350 ml)
2 eggs
1 tsp instant coffee
1 1/2 tbsp drinking chocolate
1 tsp vanilla essence ( or coconut)
1 1/2 cups whisky
Whisk all ingredients together
Keep in fridge
