- 1 tsp oil
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 2 crushed cloves garlic
- 4 cups cubed vegetables cooked
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- Fry onion lightly
- Put vegetables into a quiche dish
- Mix remaining ingredients
- Pour over vegetables
- Sprinkle additional cheese over the top
- Bake 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until cooked
