- 125 grams cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1 pkt tomato dried soup mix
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 4 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- Combine cheeses, herbs, soup mix and onion
- Spread over two of the pastry sheets
- Place remaining pastry on top and press together
- Cut into strips approximately 10cm by 2cm
- Place on lightly greased oven tray
- Brush with beaten egg
- Bake 220 degrees Celsius for 12 -15 minutes
