Fudge slice (crushed biscuits)


  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  •  2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packets plain biscuits crushed
  1. Boil butter, sugar and cocoa
  2. Cool and add eggs and crushed biscuits
  3. Press into slice pan
  4. Ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut if desired
