Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie
Filling mixture
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 60 grams softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- Beat together butter, cream cheese and vanilla till smooth
- Add sugar and eggs
- Stir in flour
Cake mixture
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Melt chocolate and butter together
- Cool
- Beat eggs till thickened
- Beat in sugar
- Stir in chocolate and butter mixture
- Stir in flour and baking powder
- Spread 2/3 of mixture in a sponge roll tin
- Pour filling over
- Drizzle rest of brownie mixture over the top
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes
