Baileys, cream cheese and chocolate muffins
- 90 grams cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 c water
- 50 grams melted butter
- 100 grams chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Beat cream cheese and Irish Cream till smooth - set aside
- Mix egg, milk, water and melted butter
- Add remaining ingredients
- Half fill muffins cases
- Put in 1/2 tsp of cream cheese mixture
- Top with remaining muffin mixture
- Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes
