- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 50 grams butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup bran
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- Heat milk, melt butter and dissolve golden syrup in warm milk
- Add baking soda
- Add egg and beat
- Stir in dry ingredients
- 3/4 fill muffin tins
- Baking 190 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes
