Macadamia nut and white chocolate biscuits

  • 200 grams softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  •  1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 grams chopped white chocolate
  • 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs
  3. Beat in essence
  4. Sift flour and baking powder in and stir along with chocolate and nuts
  5. Roll into balls and flatten
  6. Bake 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
