- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 300 m cream
- Beat egg whites until starting to stiffen
- Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and beat again
- Beat yolks and warm water until frothy
- Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until thick
- Beat cream till thick but soft
- Stir everything together
- Can add essences, fruit, lollies etc.
