- 2 tsp gelatine
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 375 can light evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
- 3 egg whites
- Dissolve gelatine in hot water
- Milk condensed milk and evaporated milk together with gelatine.
- Chill for 2 hours
- Beat until thick and add lemon juice and berries. Beat to crush berries
- Beat egg whites until firm peaks
- Fold into fruit mixture
- Cover and freeze
