- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup fruit or fruit sauce
- Mix condensed milk and yoghurt
- Whip cream lightly and fold in
- Freeze in a shallow tray until mushy
- Beat again until doubled in volume
- Stir in fruit
- Freeze
- Place in refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to soften
