Easy Yoghurt Ice Cream

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup fruit or fruit sauce
  1. Mix condensed milk and yoghurt
  2. Whip cream lightly and fold in
  3. Freeze in a shallow tray until mushy
  4. Beat again until doubled in volume
  5. Stir in fruit
  6. Freeze
  7. Place in refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to soften
