- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped brazil nuts
- 250 grams gingernut biscuits - crumbed
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 tsp ginger
- 125 grams butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Brown nuts and seeds in a frypan - stir over low heat 5 minutes
- Melt butter and condensed milk together
- Mix all and press into a slice tin
- Cut when cold
