Baked Feta

  • 455 grams feta slices
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 4 large tomatoes
  1. Slice tomatoes
  2. Crush garlic
  3. Place slices of tomato in baking dish, cover with onion, feta, more tomato then sprinkle with garlic and ground pepper
  4. Bake in a moderate over for 20 minutes
  5. Serve with crusty bread for dipping
