- 455 grams feta slices
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 4 large tomatoes
- Slice tomatoes
- Crush garlic
- Place slices of tomato in baking dish, cover with onion, feta, more tomato then sprinkle with garlic and ground pepper
- Bake in a moderate over for 20 minutes
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping
