Pistachio and Cranberry Christmas Flakes

  • 375 grams white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 1/4 cup diced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  1. Line a tray with baking paper
  2. Melt chocolate and stir in nuts and fruit
  3. Refrigerate until set then break into shards
