Jam surprise muffins
1 egg
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp golden syrup
2 cups self-raising flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp jam
Gently combine all ingredients except jam
1/2 fill muffin containers
Place spoonful of jam and add more batter
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
