Macadamia and White Chocolate Muffins
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 3/4 cup chopped white chocolate
- 100 grams butter - melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Put all the dry ingredients (including chocolate and nuts) into a bowl and combine well.
- Beat wet ingredients till thoroughly combined.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture.
- Combine gently with a fork - the mixture should still be lumpy.
- Fill muffins tins.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes.
