Cashew Nut Cream
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup cold water
- dash salt
- dash lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (for a sweet version)
- Soak the cashews for 48 hours or overnight
- Drain and add to food processor with 1 cup fresh water
- Add water until you get the consistency you want
- Add lemon juice, salt, sugar
